What technology do you use for logistics and inventory management?
We use software for WMS and 3PL distribution by one of the world’s leading logistic software companies, allowing you to log in to check your dashboard of activity in real time. Once logged in you will see the activity of your orders moving through the warehouse and out for delivery. Each month we provide you with detailed reporting allowing you to optimise your business as required.
How do you handle communication and reporting?
Reporting is easy and always at your fingertips via your client dashboard. This gives a real time account of your order status and can be filtered to get into more granular detail. Should you need more comprehensive analysis, you’ll have your account manager on hand to help you break down the stats and provide insight into how your logistics are performing.
How do you ensure the security and safety of goods in storage?
Our warehouse is set up with a robust series of security measures to ensure our client’s stock is kept safe. We use CCTV, back to base alarm system and security gates to prevent theft, and ensure our fire safety is up to code to keep the risk of fire low.
Can you provide customised logistics solutions tailored to our specific needs?
Yes! During our discovery process we try to understand the minute details of your operations so that we can design a logistics solution for your unique business requirements. This may result in a customised pick face arrangement, be flexible for different promotional activity or a number of customisations designed to make your business more efficient.
How do you deal with logistics questions or issues that arise?
